We've created three sets of Fundamental Skills lessons for our clients: Literacy, Numeracy and Reading. For each complete set purchased, students are also entitled to free pre- and post-testing each term. These sets are available for Year 7, 8 and 9 and each comprise of eight lessons per term over the course of a year. Many of these are available in three levels: foundation, intermediate and extension. The aim of the lesson packages is to give students a complete overview of literacy, numeracy or reading by reinforcing their knowledge of all key elements, which they can then apply in national testing or classroom assessments.
The Fundamental Literacy Skills program is an engaging series of 32 lessons that assists students in developing their ability to create coherent and accurate pieces of writing. From being able to identify a text's audience to using correct spelling and grammar, the Fundamental Literacy Skills program covers all areas of fundamental English skills, making it an invaluable resource for teachers and students alike.
