Steps to the Future is based upon the QCAA Career Education Short Course Syllabus (2018), and it is designed specifically to support students in their journey towards work or further education and training after school.
The direction of this resource has been informed through consultation of the Core Skills for Work framework. By engaging with the ideas of this framework, students develop their employability skills in order to increase their chances of success in the workplace.
Steps to the Future can be completed online using the Mighty Minds portal or offline with our highly engaging student workbook. For more information about completing Steps to the Future online and for costing, download the latest handout here.

During the course students will engage with relevant, practical information they can use as they transition into their senior high school years and later into work, tertiary education, apprenticeships or training courses.
